DescriptionWhen you run the command lynx with no options it tries to open /usr/share/doc/HTML/en-US/index.html. That file doesn't exist, and lynx therefore exists with an error.
Steps To ReproduceRun the command `lynx`. The output is as follows:

[me@almalinux ~]$ lynx
Can't Access `file://localhost/usr/share/doc/HTML/en-US/index.html'
Alert!: Unable to access document.

lynx: Can't access startfile
Additional InformationOn Centos the package centos-indexhtml is a dependency of lynx. The package provides the home page shown when you open lynx without specifying a URL.

Hello! Thanks for report, nice catch.
In AlmaLinux lynx has dependency on almalinux-indexhtml too but path to our index page is:
/usr/share/doc/HTML/index.html

We'll update almalinux-indexhtml package to provide index page in /usr/share/doc/HTML/en-US/index.html too.
