It is not in RHEL 8 either. This must be one of those packages that are built but are not released by RHEL. You can find some more details in this CentOS wiki article: https://wiki.centos.org/FAQ/CentOS8/UnshippedPackages |

Hello and thanks for report. We are trying to match RHEL as close as possible. If we release packages that RHEL don't release then we got bugs like this: https://bugs.almalinux.org/view.php?id=70 |
