| Description | (cut down version of lspci -v -v -v, with and without -m_ 04:0e.0 RAID bus controller: Broadcom / LSI MegaRAID (rev 07) 04:0e.0 0104: 1000:0408 (rev 07) Subsystem: Broadcom / LSI MegaRAID SCSI 320-2E RAID Controller Subsystem: 1000:0002 Kernel driver in use: megaraid Kernel modules: megaraid_mbox Currently this is working on AlmaLinux 9 using kmod-megaraid_mbox. Hardware is Intel S5520HC with a Xeon X5500 (x86_64 v2 processor, so needs AlmaLinux x86_64-v2) Planning to upgrade the servers to AlmaLinux 10 Posting here after reviewing this with elrepo, who suggested I approach the AlmaLinux team (due to x86_64-v2 which they currently don't plan to support) https://elrepo.org/bugs/view.php?id=1560 Thank you | ||||

Perhaps, it's easier to have the driver enabled in Alma's kernel. CONFIG_MEGARAID_MM=m CONFIG_MEGARAID_MAILBOX=m |
