Summary0000451: On Bootup, Random background/foreground colors when using mgag200
DescriptionOn Bootup, We are getting random background/foreground colors on bootup.

During boot sequence, it is fine during grub, fine during the first half of bootup (I suspect before it does modprobe), and then switches over to something similar to the screenshot.

This is not a issue on AlmaLinux 8.
Steps To ReproduceAlmaLinux 9, Watching bootup, without quiet on commandline.
Additional InformationIntel S5520HC motherboard, using the mgag200 driver
Using vga=792 on commandline, but also happening when excluded. Tested with 791 and 790 as well (Colors change around more drastically).

blacklist mgag200 in /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf

This issue goes away
