| Description | After i upgraded to 9.2 my laptop doesn't boot anymore. it gets stuck in "a start job is running for /dev/mapper/almalinux-home" | ||||

Hi! Do you use any additional modules for hardware support like elrepo.org provides? What kernel packages installed? rpm -qa | grep kernel |

Your solution worked. I renamed /etc/lvm/devices/system.devices and the new kernel boots without problems. |

This is due to a bug in lvm2 and being tracked upstream: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2208039 |
