| Description | Occasionally the SELinux Troubleshooter Window pops up with the following message: SELinux is preventing rhsmcertd-worke from node_bind access on the tcp_socket port I am not sure about this, but I assume that rhsmcertd should not be present on almalinux at all. | ||||

Thanks for report. It seems to be an upstream bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1932158 rhsmcertd is part of subscription-manager. Users asked for it after we released AlmaLinux 8.3 Beta without subscription-manager because they want to register AlmaLinux to local Satellite and Katello installations. |
