and the app shows no text, just buttons, there are no menus, dialogs, all text is missing

The same behavior happened with KDevelop.

this works fine for me - the application crashes on Wayland as it probably a Qt version that doesn't support Wayland fully.

I was able to execute the application on a fresh AlmaLinux 8.5 instance with `QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb flatpak --user run org.qgis.qgis`
