Summary0000101: gmime & gmime30 runtime libraries missing along with their *-devel packages
DescriptionThe packages:
gmime Rev. 2.6
gmime30 Rev 3
gmime-devel Rev. 2.6
gmime30-devel Rev. 3
... are missing in the base repository.

The packages are needed to compile applications and services dealing with the
MIME message protocolls.

In my case compilation of "DBmail" fails completely due to the missing *-devel packages.
Steps To Reproduceyum/dnf whatprovides "gmime*"
... reveals nothing for almalinux repositories and EPEL-8 with Almalinux 8.4
Additional InformationThe packages are available in the Centos-7 and recent Fedora repositories.

I have been digging a little deeper and could solve the problem.
The packages in question came from the CentOS-7 repository at EPEL. But there are non for
EL-8. Only EL-7 and Fedora 33 .. 35.
So I downloaded the Centos-7 *.src.rpm and could rebuild a new package with the 'rpm-rebuild'
tools + all the compiler and library stuff, that I had to install.
That solved the problem at least for gmime-2.6 runtime & *-devel packages that were both rebuilt from
the gmime-2.6.x.src.rpm package.
For gmime30 are only Fedora '*.src.rpm's available. But that should not be a problem, since
rpmbuild sets '$dist' to 'el8' if the package is rebuilt on Almalinux-8.

Hello.
We are 1:1 RHEL8 so if package is absent in RHEL8 it must be absent in AlmaLinux too.
Rebuilding CentOS7 or Fedora packages is a right way.
