Summary0000459: XDG_CONFIG_HOME Environmental Variable stops various KDE apps from working
DescriptionWhen I set XDG_CONFIG_HOME to ~/.config I get kdewallet errors, and my desktop session is not saved. I loose alI settings like virtual desktops, and other settings.
Steps To Reproduceset XDG_CONFIG_HOME in .zshenv or similar path to load before KDE SDDM launcher.
Additional Information have set it in my .zshenv with this setting.

export XDG_CONFIG_HOME="~/.config"

I had to back this setting out, and everything returns to normal. I am using kde5 with Wayland.
