Not Work (check_update says that there are no security updates but it's wrong it's only that there is no information about packages.)

Yes, that's a known issue. The stable AlmaLinux version will have the Errata information available, we are working on this.

Errata is now available.
It's accessible using dnf updateinfo and also can be browsed here: https://errata.almalinux.org/8/
It's in beta state at the moment so we would really appreciate your feedback.
