Thanks for report.
Have you disabled kdump during install? If so and you don't need kdump it's safe to disable it:
systemctl disable kdump.service

Anaconda installer doesn't disable kdump.service no matter kdump was disabled or enabled during installation.
That's upstream behavior since the following commit:
